I am sure you will do a fantastic job with Dallas you have worked your magic on your other fosters who have turned into beautiful sociable kittens
My plan to make Dallas tamer is to just talk, stroke and hold him a lot. Eventually depending on his temperament he will hopefully be friends enough to to be homed.
